Chord

Developed from the ground-up at Digital Voices, Chord is a campaign management platform packed with features that allow agency clients to monitor, review and analyse reports for social media marketing campaigns.
It is designed to optimise operational efficiencies, streamline production and provide intuitive communication for producers, strategists and clients alike.
Leading on UX design, my responsabilities were to design an efficient, human-centered platform that could be scaled across global campaigns. To conduct user research, user testing and development quality assurance to ensure ease of use and meet business needs. As well as product strategy to identify feature opportunities for future iterations.
Chord launched in Beta in March 2023 — used by corporate users such as DoorDash, Ralph Lauren, Bumble and Lufthansa.
